It's hard to believe that in a few short months I will no longer be a student at the University of South Carolina. These years have passed by faster that I could imagine and I'm not ready for them to end. In the spirit of making my final semester the best without question and go out with a bang I have decided to come up with a bucket list of things I want to accomplish in my final months at USC. I may be stealing a few from the USC Bucket List, feel free to check that one out as well and make a list for yourself!
Chelsea's List (in no particular order)
1. Eat at Pawley's Front Porch--Yes I know I should have done this long ago....
2. Go to a shag night at Jillians
3. Make 5 new friends that I will actually keep up with after graduation--Harder than you would think...
4. Personalize my graduation cap
5. Go tubing on the river
6. Go to at least 5 baseball games
7. Do absolutely, gloriously nothing but lounge on the Horseshoe for an afternoon
8. Sing Karaoke at Saloon
9. Run a 5k and 10k
10. Make over a 3.7 GPA
11. Figure out if/where I am going to Grad School!
12. Go Hiking
13. Spend an afternoon at the Zoo
14. Learn to play guitar
15. Go stargazing
16. Read 5 books FOR FUN! (at least 2 classics)
17. HAVE THE BEST SEMESTER SO FAR!
I hope this post has inspired you to make a bucket list for your semester as well. Following this, I am sure to have a great one.
Cette vie est bon!

2013, une année de nouveaux commencements!
Given the start of a new year, there are some changes that I plan to make to start it off with a bang. I bought a year's worth of online guitar lessons on Groupon for under $20! For the past few years I have wanted to learn how to play the guitar but the class has never fit into my schedule due to my other art classes. I don't even want to necessarily be good, just picking on a guitar seems like it would be one of the most relaxing things in the world.
...on a porch
...on the beach
....Anywhere!
I am also changing up my look for the start of the year. My hair has gotten long and given that it's so thick, I can't do much with it anymore other than put it up. I have decided to go for something like this...
I LOVE this hairstyle on Brooklyn Decker! And once I chop it off, my hair will be a lot wavier since it won't be as heavy. Here are some other ways that she styles it:
Is this not adorable?! What are your thoughts?
I hope that you find something new to pursue this year be it a hobby, sport or just changing up your look! The most important thing is to approach each day with the optimism that befits New Years. Approach it like that and 2013 is sure to be the biggest yet for you! Beaucoup de bénédictions à vous en cette nouvelle année!
